Requirements:
- BS/BA or Associate degree in business, marketing, finance, or engineering
- Outgoing personality and the ability to relate well with others
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
- Strong leadership and communications skills
The candidate will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide direct support to customers in designing, implementing and troubleshooting wireless networks for video, voice and data applications for customers in North and Latin America and in Europe. If questions are beyond the scope of the Reps knowledge, they will advise the customer, and offer to research the answer and/or forward to the appropriate Rep.
- Obtain complete and accurate customer contact information and other details as necessary. Enter all information in the CRM.
- Perform a follow up contact by email and/or phone.
- Develop cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Perform other sales functions including but not limited to outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, or mail as directed.
- Hold technical seminars and training classes to educate Fluidmesh customers.
- Support Fluidmesh sales department in quoting and designing large wireless systems both in North America, Latin America and in Europe.
Training and Education:
- Attend and be involved in Sales Training meetings to learn product knowledge and sales techniques. Work together to initiate concepts and ideas which provide a solution for communication and sales needs.
- Obtain product knowledge through Training Sessions, reading our web pages, consulting with the Director of Sales and/or other Sales Reps, and general research of product literature and product websites. Become familiar with all products.
- Stay current with trends and technology by reading journals and by attending classes, seminars, tradeshows and workshops.
