We have updated our Warranty Plans to provide you with a better service and a more flexible portfolio of solutions to protect your wireless system. As a leader in wireless solutions, we want to make sure that you can take advantage of your Fluidmesh infrastructure for a long time, without hassles. As a consequence, we have released three new warranty plans that you can add to the existing 2-year warranty that comes with all our products. Here are the details:
Policies for the Extended and Enhanced Warranties
3 Years Enhanced Warranty Plan - Part #FM-EEW-3Y
5 Years Enhanced Warranty Plan - Part #FM-EEW-5Y
- These plans increase the period under warranty to either 3 or 5 years (2 standard + 1 additional year or 2 standard plus 3 additional years).
- These plans include Advanced Replacement for the entire 3 or 5 years.
- The customer must associate a Warranty Plan Activation Code to a serial number of a product that has been purchased in the previous 120 days. To perform the activation, the customer needs to contact

and provide the invoice number and date of purchase for the product. The invoice can be either a Fluidmesh invoice or an invoice of a Fluidmesh Authorized Distributor.
- If not associated to a specific hardware serial number, the warranty plan is not valid.
4 Years Extension Plan - Part #FM-EW-2Y
- This plan increases the period under warranty to 4 years (2 standard + 2 additional years).
- This type of warranty can be associated to the product until the last day covered by the standard warranty (2 years starting on Fluidmesh or Fluidmesh Authorized Distributor invoice date)

- This plan does NOT include Advanced Replacement.
For each warranty purchased, you get an activation code that must be associated to a specific “hardware part number” by a certain date, depending on the type of warranty plan purchased.
