EasyMesh™ is the result of Fluidmesh efforts in making wireless products as easy to use as possible. This has allowed Fluidmesh to become the preferred vendor of many integrators looking for a reliable wireless solution which is easy to deploy and troubleshoot. The EasyMesh Platform is able to configure the wireless system as either a layer 2 network using only one subnet for the entire system or as a layer 3 network for advanced users.
Layer 2 Addressing Mode
The entire network is as easy to configure as simple network switch. The new Layer 2 Addressing Mode allows each camera, encoder, Fluidmesh unit and other networking device to have an IP address belonging to the same class, therefore minimizing the time required to network and addressing planning. At the same time, the advanced users can still select the Layer 3 Addressing Mode in case they need to create a network with different subnets.
