Title: Sales Engineer – North America

 

Requirements:

  1. BS/BA or Associate degree in business, marketing, finance, or engineering
  2. 2-5 years of work experience
  3. Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
  4. Strong leadership and communications skills
  5. Experience in managing Manufacturer’s Representatives
  6. Experience in managing a Distribution Channel
  7. Experience in managing a network of Channel Partners
  8. Experience in using a CRM tool such as SalesForce or SugarCMR
  9. Experience in developing a sales pipeline and estimating sales targets
  10. Experience in developing long lasting relationship with customers and partners
  11. Previous relationships in IT, Security, or Wireless Market in the US are a plus
  12. Travel 40-60% in US and Canada

 

The candidate will be in charge of:

  1. Managing and supporting Fluidmesh sales network in the US, Canada by keeping track of generated estimates in every territory, providing on-site support on the pre-sale and post-sale phase of a project, and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Interacting with Fluidmesh VP of Sales to report sales activities through weekly sales calls and CRM Reports and discuss ways to improve the channel and grow the business
  3. Managing a network of Manufacturer’s Representatives by organizing sales and marketing activities in the territory, creating a solid and up-to-date sales pipeline, and keeping a constant communication with Fluidmesh Channel Partners.
  4. Helping Fluidmesh Channel Partners in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting large wireless networks for security and public safety applications
  5. Supporting Fluidmesh marketing team in promoting Fluidmesh technology at trade shows and road shows both domestic and international
  6. Support a network of Technology Partners in learning about Fluidmesh technology and organizing joint sales and marketing activities.
  7. Managing and implementing Fluidmesh Channel Partner Program by providing seminars and trainings to clients such as systems integrators, municipalities, police deparments, oil companies, and the military.

 

Training and Education:

  1. Attend and be involved in Sales Training meetings to learn product knowledge and sales techniques. Work together to initiate concepts and ideas which provide a solution for communication and sales needs.
  2. Obtain product knowledge through Training Sessions, reading our web pages, consulting with the Director of Sales and/or other Sales Reps, and general research of product literature and product websites. Become familiar with all products.
  3. Stay current with trends and technology by reading journals and by attending classes, seminars, tradeshows and workshops.
